Delivery Information for Online Orders

UK Delivery

Our standard delivery service for online orders dispatched to a UK address is DPD Next Day Delivery.†

† Applies to orders ready for dispatch by 3.00pm Monday to Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays. Next day delivery may not be available for certain addresses in the following areas: Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

UK Delivery Costs

Free UK mainland delivery applies to most orders over £30 (+VAT). For orders exceeding 30kg or requiring palletised delivery to ensure the goods arrive in good condition, a delivery surcharge may apply. We’ll contact you before dispatch if this applies.

Orders to UK mainland addresses under £30 (+VAT) are charged at £8 (+VAT). However, if the delivery postcode falls within a designated Ultra Low Emission Zone, a ULEZ surcharge will also apply.

Delivery is calculated automatically at the checkout based on your delivery postcode and the weight of the items in your basket. Item delivery costs can be checked using the shipping calculator on individual product pages before reaching checkout.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and other outlying areas will incur delivery charges based on weight and location, irrespective of order value.

Affected postcode ranges include:

Highlands and Islands Postcodes: AB31, AB33–AB38, AB44–AB45, AB53–AB56, FK17–FK22, HS, IV, KA27–KA28, KW, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA80, PH17–PH26, PH30–PH44, PH49–PH50, ZE.

Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly Postcodes: IM, JE, GY, PO30-PO33. PO35-PO41, TR21-25.

If your order is being delivered to Northern Ireland (BT postcode), the delivery cost is calculated at the checkout and shipped using our International Delivery service.

Northern Ireland & International Delivery

We offer international shipping to a number of countries via DHL Express Worldwide Export. Shipping costs depend on both the weight of the shipment and the destination country.

For European destinations (including Northern Ireland) shipping is automatically calculated at the checkout.

For other international destinations, your order will be submitted as an enquiry to the Hydrastore office. We will then contact you with the shipping cost and arrange payment before dispatch.

Customs, Duties & taxes

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees prior to placing an order. Buyers are also responsible for ensuring compliance with their country’s import laws and regulations.

By placing an international order (outside the UK and including Northern Ireland), you accept these responsibilities. We are not liable for any losses, including product or shipping costs, if customs seize or destroy the item(s).
