Returns Policy for Online Orders

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, if you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 10 days from the invoice date.
• Products must be in resaleable condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
• A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Hydraulic hose and hose assemblies, hydraulic valves, hydraulic pumps and hydraulic power units assembled and built to order are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Returns Process

1. Contact our Customer Service team to request a Returns Number before sending back your item. Returns without a written/emailed returns number will not be accepted.
2. Securely package the item and include a copy of your invoice and returns number
3. Ship the return to the address provided by our support team.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
• The restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any orders returned without a Hydrastore returns number, beyond the 10 day invoice cut-off date or custom-built/assembled items may be sent back to the sender or destroyed.
