Ferrules for Hydraulic Hoses

A ferrule is a metal sleeve or collar that slips over the end of the hose before the insert is put in place. When the assembly is crimped or compressed, the ferrule clamps down tightly, permanently locking the hose and the insert together to create a high-pressure, leak-proof seal.
